Something acting normal?

Email jason@builderofthings.studio and include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do. Please do not attach a private photo unless it is genuinely necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Camera permission

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow Reimagine. The app starts the camera only after you tap the start button.

Saving photos

Tap Save on the review screen. Reimagine requests add-only Photos access: it can add the photo you chose, but it cannot browse your library.

Live Effects

Live Effects use the front camera and local ARKit face tracking. Center your face in good light and try the expression described by the selected effect. No microphone is used.

Sharing

Tap Share on the review screen and choose a destination in Apple’s system share sheet. Canceling the sheet does not post or save anything.

Reimagine, credits, and purchases

Open Credits & Account inside Reimagine to sign in with Apple, restore purchases, review your balance, submit a private support request, or delete your account. Apple handles payment approval, subscription cancellation, and monetary refund requests. If credits are missing after a completed purchase or restore, choose Billing & account help in the app so support receives the relevant account and transaction context without asking you to email a receipt.

Reimagine is for ages 13 and older. People age 13–17 should use it only with permission from a parent or guardian. The app’s other on-device camera features remain available without Reimagine.
